However, there may be rare occasions where errors occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel or refuse any order affected by these errors.
• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order, which is subject to stock availability and payment authorization.
• Payment: Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods as outlined during checkout.

2. Fulfillment

• Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch orders on the same day of receiving payment. During peak times, processing may take longer.

• Delivery Areas: We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Delivery availability outside these areas may be limited and will incur customs charges.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence of an adult to sign for the order, or other issues within the buyer’s control, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Returns Policy: We aim to provide our customers with high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
  • Eligible Products: Only unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Return Period: Requests for returns must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.
